- Manage a $5M+ annual innovation budget and vendor ecosystem
- Present breakthrough concepts to board members and strategic investors
- Mentor a team of 15+ specialists across 4 global R&D hubs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in executive leadership
- Proven track record of scaling ventures from concept to market
- Expertise in emerging technologies (Web3, biotech, AGI)
- Strategic consulting background at top-tier firms
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish preferred
