Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies affecting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable milestones
- Design and execute strategic pilots for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, sustainable tech)
- Collaborate with R&D to align innovation initiatives with commercial objectives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with data-driven insights
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive technology strategies
- Champion sustainable innovation practices across all development cycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, technology consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, IoT, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Executive communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
