- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budgets through data-driven investment proposals
- Drive sustainable tech integration across 15+ global product lines
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders Academy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Proven track record scaling patented solutions to enterprise-level impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Experience securing $3M+ annual R&D budgets with Fortune 500 partners
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Certification in Sustainable Innovation (CSI) or equivalent
