Responsibilities

- Collaborate with VCs and industry partners to secure innovation funding
- Translate market trends into actionable product strategies
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging technology adoption
- Track global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation management or tech strategy
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Strong financial modeling and valuation expertise
- Published thought leadership in innovation journals
- Experience scaling global innovation programs
- Proficiency in agile and lean startup methodologies
