Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap for AI-driven solutions

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation with business objectives
- Manage a $5M+ annual innovation budget and vendor partnerships
- Present strategic recommendations to global stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimentation
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting 2026 technology trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or MBA
- Proven track record scaling disruptive technologies
- Deep expertise in AI, IoT, and biotech convergence
- Experience with futures forecasting methodologies
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) preferred
- Portfolio of launched products/services impacting $10M+ revenue
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
