Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment in residential/commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Diagnose electrical issues using specialized testing equipment
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and clients for seamless project execution
- Train and mentor apprentices on best practices and safety protocols
- Manage inventory of tools and materials to ensure operational efficiency
- Adhere to all local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC)
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio Journeyman Electrician license (required)
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience in commercial/residential settings
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Proven expertise with conduit bending, circuit troubleshooting, and load calculations
- Strong knowledge of NEC updates and local regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments
