Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics with precision
- Ensure compliance with NEC and Chicago municipal codes
- Diagnose complex electrical faults using diagnostic tools
- Supervise apprentices and coordinate project timelines
- Document work orders and maintain safety protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial electrical experience
- Valid Illinois Journeyman Electrician license
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Expertise in conduit bending and power distribution
- Strong troubleshooting skills with PLC systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
