Responsibilities
- Execute complex electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in strict accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building regulations.
- Interpret and utilize blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan and execute wiring layouts efficiently.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical systems to identify faults and implement effective, code-compliant solutions.
- Ensure all job sites adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Mentor apprentice electricians, sharing technical knowledge and best practices to foster team growth.
- Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Journeyman Electrician License issued by the State of California.
- Proven experience (3-5+ years) in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Comprehensive knowledge of electrical theory, power distribution, and circuitry.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in various environments.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
