Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on complex electrical circuits
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local building codes
- Supervise and train apprentice electricians when required
- Collaborate with contractors and clients to deliver seamless project execution
Qualifications
- Valid Illinois Journeyman Electrician license required
- 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Expertise in conduit bending, wiring, and power distribution
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and hazard mitigation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
