Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures in accordance with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan electrical installations.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical equipment and systems.
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project status and requirements.
- Document all work completed and report any safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Journeyman Electrician license for the State of Colorado required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; technical school certification is a plus.
- Tools: Own and maintain a fully stocked personal tool belt and vehicle.
- Skills: Proficiency with various hand and power tools, including multimeters and oscilloscopes.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
