Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installations, maintenance, and repair work on residential and commercial properties.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan projects accurately.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Conduct thorough safety inspections and troubleshoot complex electrical systems.
- Communicate effectively with clients and project managers regarding progress and issues.
- Manage inventory and ensure tools and equipment are in optimal condition.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License for the State of Louisiana.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of verifiable experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
