Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and devices.
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to determine wiring layouts.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with local, state, and national building codes.
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems to prevent failures.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently.
- Train and mentor apprentice electricians as required.
- Utilize power and hand tools, including multimeters, conduit benders, and wire strippers.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician license in Nevada.
- Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in commercial and industrial electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
