Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures in residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan installations.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate technical details to clients clearly.
- Assist in mentoring apprentice electricians and junior staff.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License in the State of Florida.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of hands-on experience in electrical construction or maintenance.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical theory, wiring, and circuitry.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy materials, climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions.
