Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work adheres to NEC codes and safety regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Supervise junior electricians and coordinate project timelines
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials for installations
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional client relationships
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license in North Carolina or willingness to obtain reciprocity
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proficiency with conduit bending, circuit installation, and power distribution
- Strong understanding of NEC codes and OSHA safety standards
- Ability to work independently and in diverse weather conditions
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel to project sites in FL as needed
