Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial, industrial, and residential settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications for project execution
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using diagnostic tools and testing equipment
- Supervise junior electricians and apprentices on complex projects
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and project managers for seamless workflow
- Document work orders, safety reports, and material inventory
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license in Kansas or Texas
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Experience with PLC systems and industrial automation
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
