Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of electrical installation, maintenance, and repair tasks.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan work.
- Ensure all work strictly complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical systems and circuits efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project satisfaction.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Oregon Journeyman Electrician License (or equivalent state certification).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, wiring, and power distribution systems.
- Ability to use hand tools, test meters, and diagnostic equipment proficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
