Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, including residential, commercial, and industrial wiring.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical codes (NEC) to ensure compliance and safety.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues using specialized testing equipment.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Assist in mentoring apprentices and junior electricians as required.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients on-site.
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Journeyman Electrician License required.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of verifiable work experience in commercial/industrial electrical work.
- Proficiency with reading electrical blueprints and schematic diagrams.
- Familiarity with National Electrical Code (NEC) regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
