Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, fixtures, and equipment in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to determine the layout and wiring of electrical circuits.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential hazards or system failures.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide project updates and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License in the state of Georgia.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Thorough knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Certification in OSHA 10 or 30 is a plus.
