Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/residential settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local electrical codes
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Lead crews on medium-scale projects with strict deadlines
- Train apprentices on safety protocols and best practices
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and project managers
Qualifications
- 5+ years as licensed Journeyman Electrician
- Valid Massachusetts Electrician license (Class B or higher)
- OSHA 30 certification required
- Proven experience with commercial/industrial systems
- Expertise in troubleshooting complex electrical faults
- Ability to lift 50lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
