Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and California Title 24 standards
- Supervise apprentice electricians and coordinate team projects
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Manage material inventory and procurement
- Complete detailed documentation and safety reports
Qualifications
- Valid California Journeyman Electrician license (required)
- Minimum 5 years commercial/industrial experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency in conduit bending, motor control, and VFD systems
- Strong knowledge of National Electrical Code (2023 edition)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Spanish bilingual preferred
