Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work complies with NEC, OSHA, and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Lead crews on large-scale projects and mentor apprentices
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials for job sites
- Provide detailed project documentation and client reports
Qualifications
- Valid Colorado Journeyman Electrician license required
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proven expertise with conduit bending, panel upgrades, and VFD installations
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex electrical systems
- Clean driving record and valid Class C driver's license
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Experience with solar panel installations is a major plus
