Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with NEC codes and safety regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and team members for project execution
- Manage material inventory and equipment maintenance
- Mentor apprentices and junior electricians as needed
- Document work completion and maintain project records
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina Journeyman Electrician license (mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local regulations
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Charlotte metro area
