Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and California regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using test equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Supervise apprentices and junior electricians on assigned projects
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and clients for project completion
- Document work orders, materials used, and project progress
Qualifications
- Valid California Electrician Journeyman License (mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Proficiency with conduit bending, wiring, and power distribution systems
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
