Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance on residential and commercial projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure compliance with NEC (National Electrical Code).
- Conduct thorough inspections and diagnose complex electrical issues to ensure system reliability.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site while adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service, communicating technical information clearly to clients and team members.
- Train and mentor apprentices as needed, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License in the State of Indiana.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial electrical work.
- Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment and power tools.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various environmental conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
