Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and California Title 24 requirements
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and clients for project execution
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and materials used
- Train apprentices on safety protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- Valid California Electrician Journeyman license (C-10 classification)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on electrical experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with conduit bending, transformers, and VFD systems
- Strong diagnostic skills for troubleshooting complex electrical issues
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Clean driving record and valid California driver's license
- Experience with solar panel installation preferred
