Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and components.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan layouts.
- Ensure all work strictly adheres to the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical malfunctions efficiently.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Collaborate effectively with project managers, foremen, and other trades to ensure project timelines are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Journeyman Electrician License in the State of California.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commercial and industrial electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, and power distribution systems.
- Ability to read and understand complex electrical blueprints and wiring diagrams.
- Proven track record of adhering to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
