Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential and commercial wiring projects
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot electrical issues
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to electrical codes (NEC)
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Document work performed and maintain equipment inventory
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we provide paid training
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
