Responsibilities
- System Installation: Perform high-quality installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Blueprints & Layouts: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate project execution.
- Code Compliance: Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local California regulations.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues efficiently while maintaining high safety standards.
- Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients and project managers regarding progress and requirements.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior electricians and apprentices on the job site.
Qualifications
- Licensing: Valid California Journeyman or Master Electrician License.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Transportation: Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
