Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installations, maintenance, and repair work in residential and commercial settings.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan project execution.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Ensure all work complies with strict local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Mentor and train apprentice electricians as required to foster team growth.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and maintain a clean, organized job site.
- Communicate effectively with clients and project managers regarding progress and any on-site issues.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License issued by the State of Arizona.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- In-depth knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and OSHA safety standards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot electrical problems efficiently.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting heavy materials for extended periods.
