Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial buildings and industrial facilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on complex electrical networks
- Ensure strict adherence to NEC codes and safety protocols
- Lead emergency response teams during critical power outages
- Train and mentor apprentice electricians
- Manage inventory and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts Journeyman Electrician license (mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification
- Expertise in power distribution systems and PLC controls
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Availability for flexible night shift schedule (6PM - 6AM)
