Responsibilities
- Perform complex electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance on commercial and industrial sites.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installations.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential safety hazards and electrical issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical systems and circuitry.
- Document all work completed accurately in daily logs and reports.
- Train and mentor apprentice electricians as required.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License in the State of California.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and industrial electrical work.
- Thorough knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screening.
