Responsibilities
- Perform complex electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance on commercial and industrial sites during night hours.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Conduct thorough inspections and testing of electrical systems to guarantee safety and functionality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to strict safety protocols and PPE requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and foremen to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license in the State of Wisconsin.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, circuits, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts and holidays as required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
