Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated professional to handle a variety of electrical tasks, from new installations to complex troubleshooting. You will ensure all work meets local and national electrical codes while maintaining a safe working environment for our team and clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance on residential and commercial properties.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to determine layout and installation procedures.
- Ensure all work complies with OSHA safety standards and local building codes (NEC).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical system issues efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, including proper waste disposal.
- Assist in mentoring apprentices and junior electricians as needed.
- Obtain necessary permits and pass final inspections with clients.
Qualifications
- Valid State of Florida Journeyman Electrician License.
- Minimum of 5 years of verifiable work experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
