Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems per NEC standards
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Manage projects from planning to completion with minimal supervision
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols on all sites
- Mentor junior technicians and train apprentices
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and clients
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid NC Journeyman Electrician license (mandatory)
- OSHA 10/30 certification
- Proficiency in conduit bending, troubleshooting, and PLC systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
