Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled tradespeople with installation and assembly tasks
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Read blueprints and project specifications for accurate execution
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work in outdoor environments and inclement weather
- Basic math skills for measurement calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Drug-free workplace certification required
- Previous construction experience preferred but not mandatory
