Responsibilities
- Install & Repair: Perform the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and circuit breakers.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics to ensure proper installation and compliance with all local and national codes (NEC).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and OSHA standards to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Equipment Maintenance: Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults efficiently, replacing or repairing components as necessary.
- Client Communication: Interact professionally with customers, providing estimates and explaining technical issues in a clear, non-technical manner.
- Documentation: Accurately complete all required paperwork, time sheets, and job reports.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Journeyman Electrician License in the State of Arizona.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial electrical work.
- Tools: Own and maintain a personal set of professional electrical tools.
- Driver's License: Valid, clean driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs), stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
