Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and Repair: Diagnose and resolve complex electrical faults in industrial machinery and building infrastructure during night operations.
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and maintenance on electrical panels, transformers, and switchgear to ensure 24/7 facility uptime.
- Blueprint Analysis: Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan electrical layouts and installations.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA regulations and company safety protocols to maintain a zero-incident workplace.
- Project Execution: Assist in the installation of new electrical systems and upgrades as directed by senior engineers.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with maintenance teams and shift supervisors to coordinate repair schedules efficiently.
Qualifications
- Licensing: Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial or commercial electrical maintenance.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, using multimeters, and understanding National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Driver's License: Valid, clean driver's license required for site travel.
