Responsibilities
- Perform electrical repairs and maintenance on commercial and industrial machinery and lighting systems during the night shift.
- Interpret blueprints and schematics to plan installations, modifications, or repairs efficiently.
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety standards and company protocols at all times.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues to minimize downtime for our clients.
- Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical systems including wiring, circuit breakers, and transformers.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including time sheets and incident reports.
Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician License (State of Illinois) is required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Proficiency with electrical testing equipment and hand tools.
