Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures according to local codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Estimate material costs and project timelines for new installations and repairs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate technical information clearly to clients.
Qualifications
- Valid Electrical Journeyman License in the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of performing manual labor, including lifting heavy equipment and working in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
