Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures using blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on complex electrical systems.
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety standards and company protocols at all times.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, foremen, and clients.
- Maintain accurate records of materials used and time spent on jobs.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License (Illinois or North Carolina).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of verifiable experience in commercial/industrial settings.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and schematics.
- Willingness to travel to project sites within the Illinois and North Carolina region.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
