Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pours, framing, and finishing tasks with precision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) safely and efficiently

- Maintain OSHA compliance on active job sites

- Perform quality checks and documentation

Qualifications
- 3+ years verified construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Valid Colorado driver's license
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly
- Class B CDL preferred (not required)
- Strong blueprint reading skills
- Pass pre-employment physical/drug screen
- Local Colorado Springs residency required
