Responsibilities
- Perform routine electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs on commercial and residential sites.
- Interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to plan wiring layouts accurately.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Test electrical systems to ensure proper functionality and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, including proper disposal of materials.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and clients regarding project progress and updates.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician license required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes (NEC) and safety standards.
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must possess own basic hand tools and power tools.
