Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance on commercial and residential properties.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan electrical layouts.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and resolve them efficiently with minimal downtime.
- Ensure all work is performed in strict accordance with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards or inefficiencies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all job sites.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and clients regarding project progress and any necessary changes.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License in the state of Wisconsin.
- Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.
- Commitment to safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
