Responsibilities
- Perform complex electrical installations, maintenance, and repair on commercial and industrial equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine wiring layouts.
- Ensure all installations comply with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC/NFPA).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Enforce strict safety protocols on job sites to protect yourself and your team.
- Assist in mentoring apprentice electricians when required.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License in the State of Wisconsin.
- Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in commercial/residential electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to pass a post-offer background check and drug screen.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
- Certification in OSHA 30 or 10-hour safety training preferred.
