Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on electrical equipment.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Conduct safety inspections and report hazards to management.
- Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople on job sites.
- Provide exceptional customer service and explain technical issues to clients.
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina Journeyman Electrician license.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in commercial or residential electrical work.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and using electrical testing equipment.
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
