Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, devices, and wiring to ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan installations.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and safe, adhering to strict OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with apprentices and junior technicians to mentor them and maintain team productivity.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License in the state of Arizona.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Current Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Willingness to travel to job sites within the Phoenix metropolitan area.
