Responsibilities
- Install and Maintain: Perform high-quality installation and maintenance of electrical systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Troubleshoot: Diagnose and repair complex electrical issues efficiently to minimize downtime for clients.
- Code Compliance: Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Blueprints: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan layouts.
- Safety: Adhere to strict safety protocols to maintain a zero-accident work environment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Licensing: Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license required for the state of California.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Tools: Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment and hand tools.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
