Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures using blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes.
- Perform routine maintenance inspections to identify potential hazards or issues before they escalate.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project timelines and expectations.
- Operate power tools, test equipment, and other machinery safely and correctly.
- Educate apprentices and junior technicians on proper techniques and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona Journeyman Electrician License.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in residential and commercial electrical work.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
