Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial plumbing repairs, including leak detection, fixture installation, and pipe repair.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings to plan installations and repairs.
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues and provide effective, long-term solutions.
- Ensure all work meets local Los Angeles building codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site.
- Provide excellent customer service, communicating clearly and professionally with clients.
- Assist in training and mentoring apprentice plumbers when necessary.
Qualifications
- Valid California Journeyman Plumber License.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, soldering, threading, and drainage systems.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces or at heights.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
