Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Perform basic electrical tasks such as stripping wire, terminating connections, and mounting outlets and switches.
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical equipment and tools to ensure safety compliance.
- Adhere to all local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project progress.
- Keep work areas clean and organized during and after job completion.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- No prior experience required – we are looking for the right attitude and work ethic.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically fit and able to work in various environments, including heights, crawl spaces, and outdoors.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
